Advanced Physics in Creation
This course covers kinematics, dynamics, rotational motion, gravity, oscillations, waves, optics, thermal physics, electrical forces, electrical potential, DC circuits, magnetic forces, atomic physics, and nuclear physics. Also included is an introduction to special relativity and general relativity. Before taking this course, students should have completed Pre-Calculus and Physics 1. This course prepares students to take the AP (Advanced Placement) or CLEP (College Level Examination Program) physics exam.
This course comes in 2 volumes: a hardcover student text that contains all student materials, study questions, photos, and illustrations and a softcover volume that contains answers to module study guides, tests, and test solutions.
Laboratory equipment: This course uses readily available items for all labs. A complete list is available in the text.
